The Collectors' Iinformation Bureau, a trade organization of collectible manufacturers, polled collectors to find their favorites in several different categories of outstanding collectibles.
The public determined the winners, who were notified and announced at the July 2007 Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishing Market.
